Eligibility:
- Duval County Resident
- graduating female senior
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- ACT score of 19 or higher or SAT score of 1200 or higher
- provide a letter of college acceptance
- Include an official transcript and 1st semester grades
- Indicate financial need
- Provide a typed personal essay
Deadline: February 15, 2016
